As an integral part of working with the technology community, Dr. Bitange Ndemo, The Permanent Secretary in The Ministry for Information and Communications in Kenya will be hosted at the iHub by Nokia and the iHub on Monday the 4th of April 2011 from 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm.
He will be speaking to the technology community about working closely with local government to create apps that help people make useful decisions. He would like to encourage and facilitate the technology community to use government data to create local apps that enhance social change.
